Uvero Alto has its own transfer zone. Use your exact resort name; a Punta Cana or Bávaro airport fare must not be substituted. Tour pickup windows and any option-specific supplement are coordinated separately.
Off-road driving, a cenote stop and the coast. A solo traveler pays US$50; shared bookings are charged per person.
Your lodging is prefilled in the traveler details. Pickup may use the excursion meeting point designated by the team, which is not always the reception desk.
One traveler on the standard buggy pays US$50. Two adults sharing equipment pay the per-person rate; a seat is not treated as a separate vehicle. Some areas may require a supplement, which must be confirmed before payment.

Before leaving your hotel
The driver must meet the minimum driving age. Driving under the influence of alcohol or other substances is prohibited. Minors ride as passengers with an adult. This experience is not recommended during pregnancy or for serious back, neck, heart or mobility conditions. The guide may prevent driving when there is a safety risk.
Pickup and service details are coordinated with the team. A payment receipt and an operational service confirmation are separate.
Cancellation conditions
The conditions for your selected date and option apply before payment. Where the option states flexible cancellation, request a change or cancellation at least 24 hours in advance. If the operator cancels because of safety, weather or road conditions, an alternative date or refund is coordinated according to the booking.
